Our Mission

Anchor Community Church exists to build devoted followers of Jesus Christ who will help others find the hope that anchors our souls.

What does it look like?  We believe Jesus's followers should love God and love people.  Jesus spent lots of time with all kinds of people--sinners and saints alike.  Love took him to where the people were, showing God's grace and truth to them.

We love sinners, too!  So we don't just spend our time with the saints congratulating ourselves because we love Jesus.  We are a part of Long Beach and its culture.  Just as Jesus influenced his culture by participating in it, we want to have a great impact in our city for Jesus.

We desire to see people discover the life and hope that are only found in him.
